Abby is a rising senior at Glen Allen High School and an avid dancer. Her dream session was to incorporate her love of dance in and around Downtown Richmond. (Scroll below to see I think we achieved that dream!) Abby has been dancing since she was four years old and currently dances in and out of school 30 hours a week. Aside from dance, Abby is a member of the National Honor Society, Rho Kappa, Drama, Key Club, and SODA.

One of the things Abby is passionate about is helping her community. Abby’s mother is a teacher in inner city Richmond. Abby loves to work with her students and make their environment feel safe. She also had the opportunity to visit the Dominican Republic and some of the high poverty areas within the country. Speaking with the children made her realize how grateful she is for the things she has and for everything her parents do for her.

Abby would possibly like to incorporate dance into her future career. This summer, Abby will travel to New York to train with the legendary Radio City Rockettes for their summer intensive program. This prestigious program is for advanced dancers only in which Abby traveled to New York for a live audition. With her hard-working disposition and kind nature, this sweet gal is sure to go places!
