Session Reservations

What does my retainer cover?
Your session retainer reserves your date on my calendar and is 25% of your total session fee.  Because of popularity and limited availability, Micro Sessions and sessions with private, reserved locations require a 50% retainer.

What if we have bad weather? 
When shooting outdoors, we're at the mercy of the weather. I leave openings in my schedule in case we need to move your session due to rain or extreme temperatures. For portrait events such as Exclusive or Micro Session, a rain date is offered in advance.

When is the final payment for my session due?
The remainder of your  balance is due no later than day of your session. I will send a reminder and final invoice about a week prior to your session.

Do your offer consultations?
Yes! I reserve some weekday evening openings for those wishing to chat via Google Meet before booking. Please inquire to set up a time!
