Carleigh is a rising senior at Glen Allen High School with a sentimental spirit and joyous personality. We had to reschedule her first date due to a high chance of thunderstorms, so she was super excited for the beautiful day we had for her session. Carleigh chose a hidden gem of a location near her uncle’s home in Doswell with waterfalls, rocks, and even an abandoned stone house. Because we stayed in one location, Carleigh was able to include all of her sentimental ideas, including her precious dog Rocky in her photos. Charlie, her uncle’s gorgeous horse, even made a debut!

Carleigh is a pole vaulter for the Jaguars, a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a member of the National Art Honor Society. She is also an ambassador for the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, which inspires teenagers to speak up about mental illness. Carleigh has big dreams of becoming a psychiatrist after high school.

Carleigh couldn’t choose her favorite activity, so she hung many of her memories on a clothes line, starting with the dress she worse home from the hospital! How adorable!

Finally, Carleigh is very passionate about teenage mental illness awareness. She participates in the Speak Up 5K each year to help raise funds for the Cameron K Gallagher Foundation.
