I hope this post finds my readers safe and well. I apologize for not being present on the blog. I’ve neglected it since last fall and that’s not like me at all. I think the COVID-19 pandemic has changed us all in certain ways and blogging fell to the wayside of neglected house projects, homeschooling (again), trying to secure pandemic business assistance, rearranging session schedules, etc. I join you all in praying there’s a light at the end of this craziness and “normalcy” shall soon return.

Last week was the first time I’ve picked up my camera for clients since February. I can’t tell you how excited I was to work with my seniors again! The Class of 2020 has been on my heart since school was cancelled for the remainder of the year, including all the activities, sports, milestone moments, and a traditional graduation. I was determined to get in a Prom shoot even if that meant it came later than planned. So many had already purchased their attire and it would be a shame if I couldn’t capture them wearing it!

I usually hold group sessions for my VIPteam, but for now, everything has to be done individually and with social distancing. Hearing how much each of them missed their friends and our group was heartbreaking! We will plan something together as soon as we can! 🙂
